Lisa Maier

Lisa Maier is the founder and CEO of LocalDirective, a digital marketing agency that develops and executes strategically-based, integrated marketing programs for B2B and B2C clients that serve national, regional or local marketplaces. We help you when you must dominate your online space.

Ms. Maier founded LocalDirective with the belief that geographically-based companies were not well-served online. Her perspectives were shaped by over 13 years of senior and field-level sales management for yellow pages, and additional experience in sales operations (process, training, incentives, and supporting information systems) for over 1500 sales representatives and managers.

Her background also includes a undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology, a Wharton MBA degree in Information Strategies & Economics, top tier technology strategy consulting and close to the years helping small technology companies traverse the chasm from good products to nationally scaled businesses, particularly making use of online marketing and media programs.

Vicki Donnowitz

Vicki has over 25 years of Senior Executive level sales, marketing, merchandising and general management skills in corporations, start up, entrepreneurial and rapid growth companies. She has built and managed a vast array of customer focused sales and marketing organizations with teams of over 400. Her first foray into the digital world was when she launched the first ecommerce store for Rand McNally and made the cover story of Electronic Commerce World Magazine. For the past 2 years, Vicki has been a consultant, speaker and coach for business owners developing cost effective integrated marketing plans utilizing the latest electronic tools including; websites, online social media, internet advertising, search engine optimization, video and email to develop strategies that rapidly accelerate lead generation critical for businesses in this environment.

Kim Figor

Kim Figor has over 13 years’ experience in a plethora of marketing disciplines that encompass SEO & Paid Search Online Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Project Management. Her educational background includes a BABM and MBA in Marketing as well as Certifications in AdCenter, Adwords and Market Motive (Paid Search, Display, SEO, and Conversions). In addition to working at Google, where she assisted thousands of companies succeed online, Kim has been a key player in the start-up and growth of several technology and marketing companies. Kim’s exceptional analytical skills relating to online marketing has proven to be instrumental in the success of online campaigns for companies in all industries and sizes.

Larry Lembcke

Larry has 10 years of Internet marketing experience and specializes in inbound marketing. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to do nearly everything in the Internet marketing space, including paid and organic search marketing, web design, graphic design, strategy, and management. Larry fills a diverse role at LocalDirective and goes wherever, whenever, to get the job done!

When he isn't doing Internet marketing, Larry does fitness consultation and game design on the side. He is a bodybuilding enthusiast and enjoys promoting self development and education. He is an avid tabletop gamer and can often be found playing a board game with friends in his free time.

Mark Bowens

Self-Proclaimed, digital marketing addict, Mark Bowens is an Internet entrepreneur and marketing expert that has been selling products and services online since the inception of EBay in 1995. He has built (from scratch) and sold multiple Internet businesses on Flippa.com (#1 marketplace for buying and selling websites). In 2011, he worked with Google on a special marketing project for small to medium sized businesses, and has since joined the expert marketing team at LocalDirective.

Mahesh Tadepalli

Mahesh Tadepalli brings the analytical edge to the marketing campaigns we manage. A holder of Master’s Degree in Mathematics, he plays a major role in harnessing the marketing data for effective decision-making. His experience in working with tech startups and understanding of marketing have proven to be instrumental in defining marketing technology solutions for companies across various industries.

Erin Haynes

Erin has over 12 years of experience in marketing, internet marketing, social media and account management. She has worked with many different industries from software to property management to dental, law and more! Erin works as a Project Manager here at LocalDirective and is also happy to fill in a role wherever she is needed.

In her spare time Erin loves to spend time with her Husband, new baby boy, Chihuahua and Maltipoo.

Johanna Mateo

Johanna brings a zealous attitude with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and business development. With her business management degree in tow, her industry experience spans from real estate, to entertainment to small business startups. She is focused on delivering a smooth and positive experience to each project she owns. Johanna enjoys working in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Search Engine Marketing along with Project Managing LocalDirective’s extensive list of important clients.

Bobbi Parke

With years of experience in the field of marketing and public relations, Bobbi is adept in her role as project manager at LocalDirective. Bobbi’s BA in Mass Communication (Journalism) and diploma in IT web development enables her to do her work skillfully. She thoroughly enjoys discovering what makes each client special and then telling their story in a way that makes their customers take notice.

Michelle Keyser

As a marketing professional with an entrepreneurial approach to business, Michelle is motivated by a challenge and when working with other professionals in a mutually mentoring environment. She believes that if you aren’t learning something new every day you’re cheating yourself. Michelle spent the majority of her career in healthcare IT and education building multifaceted campaigns incorporating a variety of elements including social media, content, search engine marketing and search engine optimization. Her 20 years in the field and her experience in management has taught her that success comes from collaboration, hard work and a little bit of luck.

Meghan Wier

Meghan Wier began her career in Digital Marketing in 2001, working at a small Web development start-up. There she gained significant hands-on experience in SEO, project management and content creation.

In 2011, after working as a Freelance Marketer, Writer and doing 2 book tours, Ms. Wier joined the executive team of MicroD, Inc., a home furnishings technology company, overseeing teams that developed new software, implemented client websites, as well as building process for the Project Management group. Subsequently, in the role of Director of Data Management at LHI Designer, she took responsibility for managing ecommerce product data, and the team responsible for hundreds of thousands of SKUs on the site.

Meghan holds a BFA from Ithaca College where she studied Theatrical Production Arts and which well prepared her for managing large projects, geniuses and extroverts. She is a published author and speaker, with a keen interest in successful work teams, business networking and writing for the Web.

Rebecca Torres

Rebecca is a very experienced digital solutions business development strategist, having been in this industry since 1999…almost since inception ;) What’s more, she comes ‘packing’ with certifications from Google, Yahoo and Bing. Additionally she has experience in an Information Technology function, earning at that time her PMP certification through the PMI.

Her passion is Organizational Development and Leadership, but she is quite well-rounded with a diverse background that includes sales, marketing, staffing, resource management, IT and small business ownership.

The breadth of her knowledge and depth of her experience will yield to you a very deep ability to deliver the best online strategy and tactics that will help us continue to take your business to new levels of digital performance.
